Doorcigs Shipping Policy
Orders ship out within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info. Doorcigs isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’re marked “delivered,” but we’ll help you contact the carrier if something goes sideways.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We currently ship within the U.S. only. (International coming soon, once customs
chills out.)
If you need to update your shipping address after ordering, email
doorcigs@gmail.com as soon as possible — once it’s out the door, it’s out of our hands.
